About Dan

Hi, I’m Daniel Gantz. I grew up in New York City, and over the past decade I’ve worked at the intersection of technology, business, and personal growth.

My career began in accounting, where I worked with publicly traded companies and hedge funds, mastering systems and processes (earning a black belt in Excel). From there, I transitioned into the digital world, helping run a creative agency during the web 2.0 era. As Director of Operations and Digital Project Manager, I collaborated closely with designers and developers, where I discovered my passion for building and improving systems.

For the last ten years, I’ve been a software developer, working with financial and tech teams on everything from integrations to large-scale web apps. Along the way, I’ve seen first-hand how the right habits and workflows can make or break productivity, both for individuals and teams.

That’s what inspired me to create my productivity coaching practice. For over five years, I’ve been developing and refining my own method, one rooted in incremental change, compounding results, and the belief that how you spend your time defines who you become. My approach is simple: meet you where you are, then help you elevate naturally and sustainably. Productivity, to me, isn’t about doing more - it’s about making room for what matters most, while staying balanced.

Outside of work, I recharge through yoga, travel, swimming, and weight training, which keep me grounded and reminds me that showing up for yourself is a powerful form of self-care.

Whether you’re looking for a complete lifestyle reset or just want to fine-tune your current routines, I’d love to help you create systems that bring more clarity, focus, and freedom into your life.
