These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of coaching services provided by Dan Gantz Coaching ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing our coaching services or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

Dan Gantz Coaching offers personal coaching services aimed at helping individuals improve their professional and personal lives. Services may include 1:1 coaching sessions, group coaching, and digital resources.

2. Payment Terms

• All coaching sessions must be paid in advance, unless otherwise agreed.

• Payments can be made via credit card or other approved methods through our payment gateway.

• Fees are non-refundable, except in the case of service cancellations made in accordance with our cancellation policy.

3. Coaching Session Schedule and Cancellations

• Coaching sessions will be scheduled at mutually agreed-upon times.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in the session being forfeited and charged in full.

• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions if necessary due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Confidentiality

All coaching sessions and materials shared are confidential. We will not disclose any personal or sensitive information without your consent, unless required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the best coaching experience possible, we make no guarantees regarding results. By using our services, you agree that Dan Gantz Coaching is not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from participating in our coaching programs.

 

6. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate coaching services if we determine that the client is not respecting our terms or if they fail to make required payments.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during coaching sessions, including but not limited to worksheets, guides, and presentations, are the intellectual property of Dan Gantz Coaching and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior permission.

 

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts located within Wyoming.

 

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
